Lucy was born and raised in Cross River State. Lucy had her secondary school education at the Federal Government Girls’ College, Calabar (2003 – 2007). She thereafter got admitted to the prestigious Cross River University of Technology, Calabar (CRUTECH) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching (2011 – 2016).
